Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Northwest

Leaving 1 STAR FOR THIS LOCATION because I can’t leave ZERO. Within 3 minutes of searching the room I found narcotics on the carpet floor. Having a young child I was very upset. Could’ve ruined our whole trip if he would’ve accidentally swallowed it. Their cleaning staff is lazy. Not thorough. I work in pest control & found it right away. Made a case complaint , took it to the ASSISTANT MANAGER, and was told we’ll get $40 knocked off of a 500 stay. While being a diamond member. Unacceptable for the amount of concern they had. If you have infants be sure to check the rooms before you get comfortable! Their negligence of cleaning appropriately could send a loved one to the hospital. Also being a United States veteran the service & communication with staff was a chore. They act like they run off of a 6% battery.

Wonderful introduction to Indianapolis. I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for my short visit in Indianapolis, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The hotel staff was amazing, and accommodating. The rooms were clean, and the food was top tier. A special thank you to Darryl, Brandon, and Keith at the front desk for making my check in process seamless. I highly recommend this hotel, and will be staying here for any future visits to the Indy area.

The place is due to be renovated, it looks tired. We went to go to bed and the top sheet was missing, two trips back and forth to the lobby and the front desk brought up a change in bedding and gave it to us saying good night. Never had to make my own bed at a hotel before... felt really wrong, and no offer to compensate. Everyone was nice, just not helpful.

Catching up on my reviews as it’s been a crazy fall season for me. I used to be a Best Western member for the longest time, but after the last three summers of having problems with multiple locations of theirs, last one involving a break in of my truck and theft of a friend’s vehicle altogether at their location just on the other side of 465, with my work using Hilton group for my training trips this year I decided to give it a try personally. Was in town end of September for Street Car Takeover - Fall Edition, last minute pop up event that wasn’t really planned out that well like the normal summer event, and the facility was clean and inviting, with plenty of parking with for my truck and trailer on the back side with multiple visible security cameras. Also had a room on the back side with a clear view of our vehicles in the parking lot. Pool and hot tub were very relaxing, with the exception of the broken stair bar on the hot tub at the time. One of our beds was missing sheets but had the comforter on it, front desk lady was very attentive quickly to come up and personally make the bed herself!! I’ve been on two other weekend trips since and used Hilton group for both of those as well. Never again will I be a Best Western member. Already made reservations for Street Car Takeover in July next year, we’ll see you guys again then!!!!
